Their data is terrible for reporting. When you have to report positions to management teams and the data is wildly off, it makes you look like you don't know what you're talking about. It also makes it incredibly difficult to know where you stand in SERP's for tracking.

How can you track, create strategies, and execute if the data is totally wrong. Not just a little off, but keywords that are ranking showing up as lost keywords, and keywords that are not ranking showing up as being in top positions.

I frequently have to refer back to SEMRUSH to be able to see where my keywords are standing because I just can't trust this for reporting.

Also the customer service is terrible compared to other options. This service is fine forsmall businesses but I would not use this for a large company again.

I've been using SE Ranking since 2018 and it is my preferred SEO platform, ahead of AHRefs, Moz, SEMRush, Alexa etc. I've found the the site audit tool is comparatively more accurate than the other platforms.
