What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

Easy access, user friendly and can find the data for my team is saved for previous month too, it becomes easy to select calls which i want to listen which was audited for any months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

Latley we were facing issue that we were not able to reset the password by ourselves , it was not sending the temporary password, not it has been resolved, we are able to reset password. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I started using Scorebuddy, I did not have issues understanding the platform. I audit employee's phone calls, and it is straightforward to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
