What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

I can easily view my agents' scores with their strengths and opportunities. I can also view detailed analytics to help me pinpoint the specific areas that need to be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

The idle timer needs to be longer than 30 minutes. I hope this can be increased to at least 1 to 8 hours. It is sometimes frustrating to re-login with SSO credentials, causing my workflow to get interrupted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Scorebuddy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scorebuddy has helped with providing more accurate Quality Assurance analytics. Compared to our previous QA tool, Scorebuddy is more user-friendly. Scorebuddy is also easier to manage without having to rely on other tools to get analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

the versatility, we are able to use score buddy to review calls and to also send query update to the agent with a detailed responce, this means quicker responce times to the customer and more clarity for the agent who had sent the query. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

some times it is awkward to find the latest returned score, the email says review your score here, when its actually a line above this that you need to click. Easier access to view the most recent score would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Scorebuddy solving and how is that benefiting you?

i work in admin and we are now able to reply to customers much quicker since we have began using score buddy to sent the queries back to agents. This could previously take several days, this now takes only several mins once the query has been completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

Scorebuddy has become much faster at starting up, loading data, and creating lists, scorecards, and calibrations. It's also very easy to use. They've recently added a way to evaluate how much time call evaluators are taking when scoring calls. The report is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

When an issue arises, the response team is not very good at keeping you updated. I've been left hanging for 5 hours without an update and a promise to get back to me. Suddenly, it's the end of the day, and no reply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Scorebuddy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Providing software makes it easy to listen back to calls and identify whether my team is performing up to our expectations.
