What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

I like the user friendliness of Score Buddy, how it automatically saves progress and all of the filter/search functions. I like how it automatically adds everything up as well and gives statistics on the numbers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

Sometimes it doesn't fully save in drafts - when you are working on something to come back to later, the comments will be gone. I think the drafts feature could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

Scorebuddy is a great way to get feedback on CSR calls. I appreciate the ability to view score cards. That I am able to score calls accuratly. Much better than completitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's very difficult to "break" the system or make an unfixable error which leads to a more enjoyable experience when exploring the different functions which I like as it means I am more inclined to explore and learn more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Analytics could be a bit cleaner - some trends analysis options provide reports that aren't as detailed and viewing individual's performance trends can be footery at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
