I like how you can pick a specific group to pull stats from and are able to categorize the results based on process or comm skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

I like that Sorebuddy calculates the scores and includes the recording for review with the agents and that the agents can review the calls on their own to make sure the score is accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

One thing about the site that I didn't like was having to log in to the actual site to see the auto fail instead of a link being provided in the email to take you straight to the score in questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
