What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

I have enjoyed being able to pull up reports with ease. I like seeing each agent's most significant areas of opportunity. Before Scorebuddy, our company was utilizing excel. This is amazing and much easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

I would like for there to be a button at the top that allows me to go to the bottom of the scorecard. This will make it easier and quicker than scrolling at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Scorebuddy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently, we do not have any issues arising with Scorebuddy. We have been able to provide more reports that are beneficial to the growth of the agents. I have been able to get my words done a lot quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

Scorebuddy is easy to use, great for agent engagement and accountability. The amount of customizability is absolutely fantastic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some features missing, however our account manager is working with us to assist with our feature requests! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

Very user friendly. It is laid out in a very manageable way. Email notifications with a direct link to the score makes it easy for the employee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
