What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

The amount of data it can hold, showing past scores, trends and the ability to go into each score feedback. A great system for feedback. Best way to use it is encouraging staff to login in, then talking them through the results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

Seperate tabs for each scorecard type, or no explaination that this is how it is set up. Neurodiverse people want to look away from the screen with this setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scorebuddy has genuinely revolutionized our quality assurance and customer service scoring process. As a Quality Assurance Lead, I constantly seek ways to improve agent performance and enhance customer satisfaction. Scorebuddy has become an invaluable tool in achieving these goals.

One of the standout features of Scorebuddy is its user-friendly interface. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to create customized scorecards tailored to our specific needs. We can define evaluation criteria, weight different metrics, and even include comments or suggestions for improvement. The flexibility offered by Scorebuddy allows us to adapt the scoring process to match our evolving requirements effortlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

Scorebuddy lacks the capability to score multiple agents on a single thread, and it also has limitations when it comes to adding new conversations to scoreboards. Specifically, only conversations created on a specific day are included, disregarding any replies to older conversations made on that day. It would be beneficial to have visibility into all conversations created or replied to on a particular date.

Furthermore, as the number of conversations increases, the scorecard performance in Scorebuddy becomes sluggish. To mitigate this issue, I have resorted to creating weekly scoreboards, which adds an extra layer of complexity and inconvenience to the scoring process Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

CX Moments is an amazing tool when doing deep dives as it allows you to seach through huge databeses using very specific sets of parameters and keywords. This is very helpful when searching for voice of the customer on a give topic as you don't have to manually go through individual cases and this is very efficient. What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

For the moment, Scorebuddy CX Moments is best suited for use in English. When doing keyword searches in other languages, the functionalities are a bit limited but I am sure this would improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

Scorebuddy offers a lot of functionality for users interested in doing manual QA, creating custom scorecards, and monitoring agent complaince. I like how easy it is to set up the API between Scorebuddy and Five9. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

I wouldn't say I like the user structure of Scorebuddy. Our supervisors all have global admin accounts because there are specific permissions for global admins that cannot be utilized through a Supervisor or Advanced Supervisor role. It would be great if Scorebuddy offered custom permissions sets that could be tailed to specific users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
