What problems is Scorebuddy solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem we had with prior QA programs was the ability to give everyone access. Scorebuddy helped us grant access to everyone, and has integrated with some of our own systems to make it a one stop shop for QA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

I enjoy that the tool allows attachments and keeps logs of entries. I do not have much experience with scoring tools and this tool seems to work without major issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

Accessing various scores is very clunky. The UI should be much more intuitive and streamlined at this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
