What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

This is a very friendly user platform, easy to understand and modify according to my specific needs. I like how all the fields I modify are on the same page, and I don't have to look for a particular feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

The only thing I would change is that when I leave a comment in a scoresheet, it doesn't let me edit it afterward, only delete it. I would appreciate being able to edit something out if there are grammar mistakes or add something to a previous note. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Scorebuddy solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to have all the prompts we have to look out for quality assurance to be in the same page, in a exam-like stye that makes it super simple and easy to answer and complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

There is nothing as of now but some users might have found certain aspects of Scorebuddy's pricing structure or integration capabilities less favorable. But it is their personal opinion.

the Analyst Feedback settings where after a review is done and sent the analyst has an opportunity to schedule a direct meeting with you to go over in more detail Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing much as they are working to improve more reporting options for team. but until then I would say just the a slight improvement to their reporting feature with exporting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

I like that as you grade each call, it saves your work, and you can go back to "Review Drafts" to retrieve it in the case of a power outage. I've used other grading tools before, and they are incomparable to the excellent setup of Scorebuddy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

When there is inactivity for a while, it automatically closes and requires logging in all over again. I would prefer if it doesn't time out at all because it can be a bit frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't have to type everything out when providing coaching for each question. I can just select each response that best fits the scenario. Also, at the bottom of the scorecard there is also an opportunity to write additional feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
