Good softwar for monitoring score reports but I think the filtering needs some improvements Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing I like best about Scorebuddy is the ease of use. Although there are many options to work within the application, it is still very easy to understand and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are only 2 things that I dislike about Scorebuddy. 1) Not being able to make an appraisal private. 2) The integration with LearnUpon has the potential to be great, but it lacks features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

I like that scorebuddy is very advanced and being able to pull all the data from previous scores. I love being able to see everything and it works much better than previous systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

Nothing comes to mind. I wish there was an easier way to maybe add the call in automatically and have scorebuddy give you an estimated score before you do it on your own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

Moving from a paper-based to an automated system, we had high hopes and Scorebuddy has certainly delivered! The system has helped identify problem areas already, and once the scorecards are set up, using it is easy and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

The reports have been a bit like 'trial and error', but that is more novice users than an issue with how the system works. The support team are always on hand to answer any questions and, in my experience, do so very quickly. There isn't anything I don't like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Scorebuddy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our previous system was all manual, so Scorebuddy has had a huge positive impact on being able to manage our QA scores and see patterns on both a team and individual level.
