I like the ability to edit and reuse a score card for another QA setup if it's similar enought to not need many overall changes instead of having to reinvent the wheel each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI is super friendly and gives easy access to perform a QA review of the agent tickets, plus the lookback time is beneficial to filter out the required time frames. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the interface and the graphical view of the scores. I also like the side menus, which easily shows you your score and status. There is menu about Score Buddy Academy which I think will be a big help to the user. Also I like the message notification, showing you that you have new messages. None that I can think of. So far, Score Buddy is excellent, easy to navigate and self-explanatory. You can easily see if you are logged in because your profile picture appears at the top right of the page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Youcan set up ticket lists and scorecards just the way you need them and can score tickets in an overview with the ticket text, the scorecard and all the labels from the ticket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Setting up the scorecards and lists can sometimes be difficult to find out what works how and to evaluate all scores you need to know how because there are so many options. I do not really understand how the dashboard works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that Scorebuddy allows you to see the trendlines, which help surface higher-level themes that may be missed if you only look at individual calls. I also like that there is a feature that allows you to contest if you feel something has been graded in error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be honest I think that some of the UX isn't as intuitive or clean as it could / should be. I'm sure there are many features I am not fully leveraging, because I'm unaware of them and digging around isn't as clean as it could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
