Easy organization to deal with. The console is clean and easy to use. Has all the features we needed and they also have other add-ins we eventually used such as the LMS platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not optimally fast in APAC - we worked with them to make it work better but be aware that in APAC you may see slower speeds.
The LMS platform is not seamless and it's hard to manage with our external IDP Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A two features that I would love to have on hand:
1. A way to select which person you are rating when dealing with a conversation/chat handled by multiple agents.
