What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

I love that there's an opportunity to provide detailed feedback at the bottom as well as more specific feedback in each scoring area. I also love that I can attach the call I'm critiquing to the scorecard for easy access to the content being evaluated. Also, the reporting tools are very helpful. After having done this manually with a homemade Excel Spreadsheet, my critiques are much more effective and clear using ScoreBuddy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

I haven't yet determined a downside to this tool; I highly recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Scorebuddy solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's bringing to light the areas in which our call center agents are both succeeding and needing improvement, in an efficient tool that allows all parties to view the critiques and feedback, which has been extremely helpful with improving the overall quality of the work agents are performing. What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

I really like that Scorebuddy is transparent. You can discuss each part where we score separately. For me, the most important thing about Scorebuddy is that I can help my colleagues to improve. In how we work with Scorebuddy, you can clearly see where improvements can be made and what is already going well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

The downside of Scorebuddy for me is that sometimes it is hard to find a good title for a flaw in my colleges work. What I mean is that there is a lot of thinking in boxes. Sometimes an error cannot be described very well in one of the boxes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Quality assurance. We are using scorebuddy to make sure that every body is having good quality emails. And good quality phone calls. Especially with customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you run a report for a specific week that overlaps between two months (e.g end of May and beginning of June), you won't get 1 weekly quality number/result/percentage but two - one for the last 3 days of May and one of the first 2 days of June. It would be good to be able to get a consolidate result. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
