scorebuddy is very easy to navigate and is user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
i dont like that when a team member leaves that you still see their score cards for months and after talking to people it appears that there is no way of removing them . it would be useful to be able to delete them form my team scores or at least for them to be moved to a leavers folder Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find it very easy to create new scorecards and adjust weighting for specific questions.
The dashboard is very clear and user friendly.

I don't like that the calender on the dashobard defaults to a specific date and does stay automatically on the current month.

It is pretty user friendly and easy to learn how to use. I like the option to send the scores to team members so they can see comments on how they did. I have not used a ton of other scoring systems, but this one is the best of what I have used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the pages can sometimes look a little cluttered, and I don't like that I cannot organize and arrange stuff to better suit my own organizational method, but overall not bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scorebuddy has a super efficient UI that really helps monitor scores for my team.
As a leader of a team of 5 people, it's super efficient to use and has a lot of customization options in order to monitor quality in the best possible way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do have some trouble using the Dashboard to create standard statistics that I want to follow, and I would like that part of SB to be a bit more accessible.

I love that it is very easy to customize and makes it very easy to adapt to our needs as a business. Previous tools we used were not even half this easy to use or gave us the level of detail we needed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Personalisation - the best thing is how the organisation can personalise the scorecards for the needs of the users. It's certainly better than anything we have used before. Reporting is also easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's difficult for users to find previous scores. The interface from the dashboard, while excellent for supervisors, is less easy to navigate for my staff. They can easily see the scores but they have a hard time pulling up the full scoresheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
