What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

We work on this platform as CS leaders who audit quality along with the quality team at noon. its user friendly, as in it is easy to use and understand, and its responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

I dont like the visual colors of the tool, they are super harsh and it can be modified by chaning the colors into more modern color grades. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

that it's either yes or no some features should be added to make journey go smooth like letting the evaluator add specifications to the way a call is scored, there are few more type of reports which should be available to QA generally and not only to admin (for ex:- parameter wise audit report at agent level) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

Scorebuddy eliminates the need for many separate scoring documents and spreadsheets. I use scorebuddy every day for my primary job function. It is also easy to download spreadsheets when I do want to use excel for additional work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

As someone without administrative access to our account I don't have the ability to see options and weighting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

Allows aritten evidence of quality work reviews to facilitate feedback conversations. Direct reports can also add their own comments which also assists with a constructive refletion and feedback session Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

Can be time consuming due to number of areas to score, comment and complete. With 16 work reviews required each month this can take a large amout of work time to complete Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Scorebuddy solving and how is that benefiting you?

This tool is a good way to assist with quality review of direct reports work that benefits both managers and direct reports. Until recently this helped to faciliate constructive feedback sessions during 1-2-1's. We have now changed how we use scorebuddy within 1-2-1's which has taken away more time and indepth feedback conversations which is disappointing as tool is now not used within work reviews to its fullest potential.

You can make changes and lock scorecards. You can track how many evaluations as an evaluator according to the month. How many agents reviewed and accepted their score and if they challenged the score Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scorebuddy helps us review our work frequently and efficiently, higlighting areas of concern in a clear structured way that emphasises exactly the area that needs improvement. What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

The most helpful thing aboutScorebuddy is the teamwork it builds in our efforts of improving individual as well as team quality. It is great at allowing self led development but is also perfectly structured to work towards preset goals and team goals. I allows interaction with your team managers as well as your quality evaluators for optimised results through communication. The interface is user friendly across the various levels of access which is invaluable in interactive learning on a road to improving overall quality results. What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

The lack of connectivity to work callendards or abilitity to display that certain user is out of office which would greatly minimise the time reasouces wasted by team leaders and quality analysts. This would higly improve the ease of integration into daily work routines and tasks.
