What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

The upsides of scorebuddy is how easy it is to navigate and get to every point graded by. My favorite part is the Kudos the can give us !!! And the frequency of the scores, weekly, really helps us with our call mangement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

The only thing i can say is least helpful is maybe in the kudos section not being able for receive actual word kudos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Implementing Scorebuddy for our Customer Support has helped us get our Quality department our feet quickly. We enjoy working with Caitlyn, always on top of her game, quick anwers and keeping updated on requests. Scorebuddy is a complete tool; multiple types of scorecards, coaching, calibrating, reporting, on different kind of levels, LMS. Great tool, with great support. What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

The system is highly user-friendly, and the ScoreBuddy team is very knowledgeable and helpful. The design is fantastic - Score Buddy continually looks at future improvements. I am one of the biggest fan in not the biggest fan of ScoreBuddy since 2019. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are starting or are a seasoned Quality Professional, you will find ScoreBuddy extremely easy to use, covers a wide range of requirements, provides brilliant reports as well as backup support. Brilliant Quality Management system, excellent reporting tool with feedback options from both parties - ScoreBuddy is two systems in one and very affordable. We have certainly seen improvements in all areas of our business using ScoreBuddy. Is great to be listened to and often have I raised concerns or my wishlist and it never fell on deaf ears. What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

It's much simpler to use than systems i've used in the past. Its also great for the users on the other side of the system. So after i mark a call, the advisor can easily accept the feedback and leave their comment which is easily visible for me. All in one place when it comes to feeding back during a coaching session.
