I use ScoreBuddy everyday and so I'm used to the system. I like the UI of Scorebuddy, I think the dashboard for agents is easy to understand and nice to look at.
The scorecards themselves are also simple once made.
Adding new agents and grouping already-existing agents is easy.
Scorebuddy customer support is good, always get a response pretty promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Creation of scorecards can be fiddily and time consuming.
The reporting aspect doesn't meet my needs and makes my end of month reporting difficult.

-The fast customer service

-Too many steps (there are many ways to get to same info through different routes, which is sometimes not user friendly)

Score Buddy has streamlined the call scoring process, making it efficient and time-saving. It allows for quick and accurate evaluation of calls based on predefined criteria. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't see anything that i would say i don't like about the score buddy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the customization of scorebuddy which alllows categories to be tweaked to suit a lot of different evaluations. A lot of the automated features are useful too!
Scorebuddy is also generally easy to use and customer support is generally decent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My most disliked features are the automatic logout feature after some time has passed, as occassionally after doing other tasks unrelated to scorebuddy a login will be required with no warning which can cause unsaved work to be lost occassionally.
Another feature I dislike is the email notifications, I often receive emails informing me my review was accepted which i'd rather not receive and there is seemingly no way to disable within my organization. It would be great if this could be modified from the scorebuddy settings with filters for different types of notifications e.g. disable review accepted emails, but still receive one to one requests etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how easy it is to navigate and to filter out what exactly I need whether I'm looking at my own audits or someone else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
