What do you like best about ScalaHosting?

Scalahosting has a reliable and responsive customer service team that responds to any issues anytime. I often get issues with my WordPress websites because of vulnerabilities but the customer service team always points out the exact issues and how they can be fixed. Besides the customer service, the services are equally reliable without any downtime. For the time I have used their services, which is over 4 years, I have never had any problems. What do you like best about ScalaHosting?

The service we were with was moving away from the model which had served us best. There were a couple of requirments we had for our web hosting service. We needed to have a service which was flexible about the number of sites we could publish and the number of emails we could have. We also wanted a company which was business focused and not hosting a lot of porn sites. We really do not want to support the exploitation of women. They also provided support in moving what we currently had in place over to their servers. This was helpful. We had a couple of bumps in the road along the way but they were great about responding and being available through the online chat. At one point in the process an email with access got hacked and the team was really helpful in ferreting out the problem and helping me to secure the site. They also did an additional scan to help secure the site and made some recommendations to help make it even more secure. All said and done Scala had all the features we needed and then some. What do you dislike about ScalaHosting?

For some reason our person failed to help us migrate our main domain name over. I am sure it was an oversight but it was something I wish hadn't been missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ScalaHosting?

The platform is easy to use. We use it to create up to 50 email addresses, forwarded to the appropriate main accounts. It is great. Super simple. We also use it as a back up for our emails since we forward to a gmail account. I recommend this service to anyone who needs multiple email accounts. Their customer service is very reliable and the agents are knowledgable. We use this service for all our emails needs. What do you dislike about ScalaHosting?

I have not been able to smtp mail into an Outlook app. I'm not sure if it is me or Outlook but I'm pretty certain it IS NOT a Scala Hosting issue. We work around this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ScalaHosting?

The best part is the support system available 24x7 to assist in all manner to keep my projects running smoothly. Whenever i felt stuck in kind of server tweaking they were around me to help it out. The Control panels are easy to use and self explaining. All the required tools are provided to keep you application and software running upto the time. Every modules are implemented in latest version and frequently updated by the server administration.

What do you like best about ScalaHosting?

We started using scalahosting since 2019 and since then there is no looking back. We have worked with many service providers during the last decade or so but none comes close to Scala Hosting. We have grown from one server to multiple servers during this time.

Scalahosting has an amazing turnaround time for issues and never i have waited more than 30 seconds for their first response. Their technical team comprises of top notch professionals who help us time to time from simplest to the most critical issues.

We have not faced any major downtime or security threat of any kind whatsoever till date. We know that our infrastructure and data is in safe hands and it gives complete peace of mind.

Sales and Billing team are transparent and they do deliver on their promises.
