I like that there are many options to help with the quarterly continuing education we want our staff to do. We can customize it to fit our wants and needs; the best part is that it is FREE! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While it may have tons of options for training, there are still some areas I would like to see. We deal with Customer Service for NEMT and there wasn't much that pertains to NEMT, but we did make what we could find work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is really helpful for those who are arriving at a new workplace, with bite-size training and great knowledge checkpoints, quick sharp lessons make the learning journey very effective Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As it does feel like it is a mobile-first learning platform. It is a bit trickier to perform detailed web application style training as the resolution of those videos and images make it tricky to train detailed screens Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like most is that I can create different lessons within a course, I can create categories or groups to further customize the training, the analytics information is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I don't like is that when uploading a video, you can't rotate the view, meaning I turn my phone with the screen horizontally and the video doesn't get bigger. If that can be modified, the functionality would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being able to create content quickly that looks good and is engaging for the end user. Content creation isn't stressful and after looking across multiple LMS providers, EdApp's content creator is the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes due to network connections, it has staggered in the past. However this is probably down to our internet rather than Ed Apps. API's for certain things are not there yet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that there is a wide range of features that is available to not only display information but to keep learners engaged through activities. The course authoring tools are also easy to use with a focus on mobile-first approach makes it a very relevant tool for training in my organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Generally, it's been great but it could be better if the CSS parts could be made into a broader range of present options.
2.Sometimes the text options (black/white) will not match with the background. Could be intergrated better.
3. Would be awesome if some kind of scenario-based feature in the lessons to be more immersive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EdApp is super easy to use and the user experience for the person taking the masterclass is great. I love the gamification of the course and how professional it looks when you are taking the class. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the integration to Hubspot was not a paid feature. I also don't like the delay it takes for analytics to show up. It sometimes takes 30 minutes-an hour when we start pulling them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing I like most about EdApp is how easily even a beginner can create courses and lessons for learners, also because there are so many relevant courses in their library already, especially the sales ones.It is one-stop solution for all our training needs. Nothing much, but it would be better if we could hold the classroom sessions like on Gmeet and score the assessments and get a percentage or grade on the tests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We like that it has the ability to be used on mobile and on desktop. We also like the ability to be able to add in achievement badges--which are completely customizeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Using EdApp on a laptop or desktop can feel a bit clunky; it's clear that everything is designed for mobile and that it was then ported to a desktop version, but that hasn't been a dealbreaker for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm most impressed with the learner engagement features. The courses and lessons are viewable on the learner's cell phone, which makes learning easy to access. This accessibility increase learner engagement. Other features which promote learner engagement are prize draws, social learning, leaderboards and practical assessments. Also, the price point is reasonable compared to other learning platforms. The customer support is top notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The canned content, though well done, is not as comprehensive as other platforms. They are, however, building it out so eventually, the breadth will come. Also, the capability to edit their canned content and make it your own if fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
How easy it is to understand and use. I felt comfortable with the system after about 10-20 minutes. I think EdApp's unique capabilities lie within the interactive session elements, making my lessons much more engaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes I think it's hard to start from scratch when creating lessons. There could be more sample lessons to use as templates and build off. There are so many options, it was difficult at first to figure out what I wanted my lesson to look like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
