I love the customer service. Kristi Kohl is a great rep and the software is very robust! I love the functionality of Edapp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
honestly there is no downside to ed app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the things I love about EdApp is how easy it is to develop a new course. Another thing that I love about it is the support they give, in a matter in minutes you can solve any question with a real human being. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing that I think they could improve is how some of their windows sometimes appear to be low res on my screen. I will try to take a screenshot and share it with the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use
Make courses very quickly
Loads of different templates that can be used
Their live chat is birlliant and help is always at hand. Never dissappointed by their team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Because it's easy to use and is template based there are certain restrictions. For example you can't do complex animations between slides.
The image sizes are different for different templates and is a bit of hassle to keep changing the sizes of images according to the type used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I particularly appreciated the prompt responses to any issues and problems we encountered.
They nailed the brief we provided, and the quality of the content created for us was of a very high standard.
They took the time to understand our business to gain valuable insight that enabled excellent outcomes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing that I disliked about working with EdApp. They moved mountains to achieve the outcomes in the time frames we provided them. We really felt valued and, at all times, were made to feel like a priority. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a training coordinator, I loved all the options for digital & mobile training. We have many digital forward generations working for us, and handing them a packet to read doesn't provide the results an interactive interface does. There are also SO many design layouts available to keep the testing engaging and fun, no more monotonous, boring reading! Also, you can't go wrong with the free version; it provides so much that it's perfect for any start-up or non-profit like us! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I honestly didn't come across any feature I didn't like. The value for the pricing offered is INSANE and how could you be upset with a free version that beats out its competitors who charge insane amounts! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Edapp offers the teachers the possibility to create animated courses in a very easy way. Many templates are available for the lessons whether it’s a text or a quiz.
The teacher can prepare a course and publish it whenever he/she wants and he can add as many students (users) as he wants.
Not only the teaching experience is amazing but also the learning experience is exceptional and motivating especially that the students earn stars on the correct answers on quizzes.
The students can also learn at their own convenience which make it easier for each student to evolve at his own rhythm.
The teacher can also analyse the users' login and activity feed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing, i like everything about edapp.
It's very well done and the paid version gives also many other features like prize draws and prize templates to motivate students more and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
EdApp allows our employees to log on to complete the required training at their convenience. They incorporate several points systems to motivate employees to do their best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In the EdApp subscription plans, they offer to help companies create online training from current PowerPoint slides. There are limitations though, to what they believe is the appropriate length and content of online training and so what they offer looks like a lot but really is not. They also take about two months to finish a project. The app is easy to work in, and I am usually able to complete them in a day or two. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having an all-in-one LMS and authoring tool is very desirable. I especially like how easy it is to author a course. Having a course library is very helpful too. It is editable and growing all the time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the downsides of EdApp is that there is not currently a better structure for adding individual users to courses as needed. As an admin, I want my "Manager Analytics" users to be able to register their users into courses as they wish. As an admin, I am not able to register individuals into courses. I am required to register based only on user groups. This is annoying quite frankly. It seems very restrictive.
What would be a great solution to this, is having a course library that is searchable by a user. Then that user can choose to register their self into the course as they wish. I do not want to make my courses universally available, but at the same time, the manager who has that access, should be able to register their employee without having to go through me (the admin). I have found the library of courses to be an excellent way to start building relevant content and to learn how the various slides work. Being able to use these to put together a portfolio of courses, branded in our own design, has been a fantastic experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't really come up against any barriers with EdApp so far. Everything is very logical, and the support we've received from EdApp has been excellent. Perhaps having more library content that is UK-based would be helpful, but maybe that will come with time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the authoring and ho interactive the entire program is. There are so many options available that the user doesn't get bored as you go through different lessons and courses. As an admin, they've made the process so easy that just about anyone can create an effective lesson. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
User Groups are kind of confusing to me. I'm used to a more traditional setup of hierarchy, creating stores and adding team members to those stores. I'll get used to user groups though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
