I like very much the "test object" solution. It is very helpful to not have physical devices in the office, having the possibility to access to an online site to pick any device at any time. Sometimes the network speed is a bit poor... I think it is because we are in Argentina and it is a long distance between us. But it is really a bad point to all the South American customers.

Saucelabs is a real game changer. My team has been using their services for 3+ years. When we got started with this tool, it was very easy to integrate into our code base. It also is very versatile when it comes to all your testing needs. You can live test on differrent browsers, devices, and platforms. We use Saucelabs everyday for our testing needs.
Their UI is very intuitive and they take user experience feedback seriously. My team submitted feedback on how the test execution should be displayed and they had implemented!
Saucelabs continues to amaze me with their new releases and continuous improvement of their services.
