Especially on Aircall, sastrify was especially important in helping us minimizing the costs of all additional licences (from 501 licences) - from EUR 30/month instead of EUR 35. ### 4. The web interface, while modern and (mostly) easy to use, does still have a number of bugs (which they are aware of and will fix). **What problems is Sastrify solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was almost impossible to keep track of the roughly 50 external software products we are using, and as a startup, we don't have the size to negotiate cost reductions. Since we are dealing with different subscriptions, we do not have to click each subscription to upload an invoice, we can just gather all the invoices and upload them and Sastrify will manage it for us. A graph is available on each subscription to see how much was spent on a certain month, which could be used to check if it's correct. **What do you dislike about Sastrify?** Actual spending might not be accurate as we do not have an option to input an amount. **Recommendations to others considering Sastrify:** Highly recommend in using Sastrify to manage all system expenses. It´s very useful for cost negotiation and finance audit and to have competitive pricing for each system licenses. **What problems is Sastrify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our problems with communicating with different vendors just to get cost comparison and to get better costing was eliminated since Sastrify is offering lower cost than the direct vendors since they already have partnership with them. It's easier to get quotations with bigger discounts since most systems we need are already onboarded to Sastrify. Other benefit is we only have 1 point of contact, it is more efficient. The system is very straightforward, we have better tracking of all of our expenses, it is also helpful on Finance side. ### 18.
