The only thing I might dislike about SAS/OR which can be introduced for the tool is easy customer support on hard to crack modelling questions. Some back-hand support from the SAS/OR team would be great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The major issue of SAS is it's huge price tag. Then, it's user interface is not that much visually appealing for me. Also, the visualisations made from data can also be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think looking at it from an individual perspective, the cost can be an issue, but working in corporate, it isn't much of a concern as an employee. The UI can be a little challenging to get used to, but overall, not much to dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Among all the coding languages, that are popular be it C, Python, Java, R etc., SAS has been the easiest to learn and use especially when it comes to perform analytical functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SAS is not an open source platform. It works in closed environment. Also it's quite costly to get a licensed version of the software. It also has limitations in machine learning algorithms and graphical representations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
