**What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding?**

This is mostly regarded for simplifying and implementing smooth transition process from a normal candidate to becoming an employee. The user interface is very easy to understand and this also have multiple features with ease of integration.

**What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding?**

Firstly, for me the mobile experienece is not good as expected. The cost analysis is also a bit high compared to others in a small org point of view. Users also observe performance issues and lags in heavy usage periods.

**What problems is SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A smooth and engaging onboarding journey builds trust and loyalty. SAP SF mainly boosts the new hire engagement and understanding of org-wide polices and makes it very productive. The automated workflows helps HR teams to complete the work quickly. This kind of organised process brings positive vibes and impression for new hires.
