One aspect of this system that I thought could be better was the initial setup and customization process. As It was quite complex and time-consuming to customize the system to our companies requirements. The support from SAP is good and they helped throughout the process, I just wish I was able to do more independently. However, once everything is set up, the system runs smoothly and efficiently. We used SAP in a Centralised way for raising tickets towards IT department for issues faced while working. On other hand, it was also used by our customers to raise tickets if they faced problems while learning on their LMS portal. So it was used to register tickets, track it's status on real time basis & providing solution till it's complete closure. Another great feature include the ticket history for particular client. One can track and view the entire history of tickets raised and accordingly take action.
