What do you dislike about SAP Service Cloud?

One aspect of this system that I thought could be better was the initial setup and customization process. As It was quite complex and time-consuming to customize the system to our companies requirements. The support from SAP is good and they helped throughout the process, I just wish I was able to do more independently. However, once everything is set up, the system runs smoothly and efficiently. SAP Service Cloud is solving several key problems in our customer service department and is , providing great benefits. We are now able to, with the help of service tools, efficiently track, manage, and solve customer issues, resulting in quicker response times and improved customer satisfaction. (Our recent customer survey showed this). We have been able to reduce ‘man hours’ as our ticketing system is smoother and customer aren’t left waiting for responses due to the automated reminders. We are able to get real time insights into how my teams are performing and analysis tickets for key words to get if we have issues in certain departments. What do you like best about SAP Service Cloud?

We used SAP in a Centralised way for raising tickets towards IT department for issues faced while working. On other hand, it was also used by our customers to raise tickets if they faced problems while learning on their LMS portal. So it was used to register tickets, track it's status on real time basis & providing solution till it's complete closure. Another great feature include the ticket history for particular client. One can track and view the entire history of tickets raised and accordingly take action.

It also provide compliances related to Service Level Agreement and helps us to act without breaking SLA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Service Cloud?

The onboarding for SAP Service Cloud is difficult & one requires to watch the onboarding tutorials/training frequently. A simple and better guidance will be appreciated.

It works excellent on desktop as well as on laptop, but the mobile application needs much improvement.

Being used in a Centralised way, it is serving two way. Our customer support improved drastically as well as the turnaround time for the queries raised reduced drastically. Anyone attending a query can see the entire history and address it to the point. Whereas, for the internal team, it became easy to address issues related to connectivity, call service, system and other.
