When I used SAP, what I liked most was its detailed record keeping of clients and service providers. Irs very easy to navigate while keeping a lot of options/functions available. It was a great tool for following up with clients because of the calendar and phone integrations. This allowed great customer support and high satisfaction rates. The only thing I didnt like at the time of using it would be when the program would freeze while in a record, and the autosave wouldn't happen correctly.
