SAP Fiori Pros and Cons

It is a SAP's new user experience.

Basically SAP Fiori is equal to sap ui5 + some guidelines, the application is made by fixed set of guidelines so that user can use it easily.SAP Fiori allows companies to communicate with their customers in much friendly way.

Sap fiori reduce the time spend of employees in input and maintenance.
