SAP Fiori has been used by our organization for many years now, we have been using this interface for our testing and production environments for carrying out the on-boarding process. SAP Fiori interface is very easy to use, with not much time to be spent on training the employees on how to use the application. There's often confusion between SAP Fiori and SAP UI5. SAP UI5 implements Fiori guidelines but I don't think it's emphasised enough that Fiori isn't the same as UI5!
