Boxi is known to clock and freeze when searching through a lot of data, so it can become daunting when the search takes a long time to obtain and then only to find out there is no data or the data search failed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are so many different sales reports you can run that tell you literally anything you want to know. We use this in book publishing, and I can compare sales history for different titles, or compare by BISAC codes, on sale dates, price points, and so much more that I have not tapped into. It's not user friendly. You can't just download it and figure out the multiple uses by playing around. You definitely have to have someone teach you, and there are a lot of factors that will change your report completely if you aren't selecting the right groups or categories. It is easy to make a mistake while learning how each transaction interacts with another. They need to make a "how-to" guide for each transaction that is easy to access on their website.
