SalonBiz is very simple and helps keep services and products in order, however I wish there were more ways to save information securely such as credit cards, and maybe access to a "punch card" towards a promotion? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The inability to edit my client notes on the app and also the inability to see coworkers schedules. Also I’ve often run into the problem of client history not showing up. I rely on this for client information, and it’s frustrating to have nothing show up in the client notes or previous appointments when the information should be listed. It doesn’t work properly half the time and shuts down a lot. The integration with Pure Privilege through Aveda is always faulty. There is no way to set up a customer list by birthday- just birth month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
