It offers sales force automation technologies, such as Salestrakr, a web 2.0 sales force automation system for salespeople. **What do you dislike about Salestrakr?** There isn't alot that I do not like about Salestrakr as my usage was pretty smooth but I'm hoping any updates are it should not get hanged or stuck while using the aplication. **What problems is Salestrakr solving and how is that benefiting you?** To have a proper Customer Relationship Management it is important to analyse and deliver proper results. It helps me with bounded solutions for sales. It helps me view and the sales interactions in a very easy interface. Also helps me track all the sales expenses to analyse and helps me to manage in all phases. ### 2. Overall use is easy to navigate. I was impressed by how seamless sorting contacts was to how simplied storing and downloading date is. **What do you dislike about Salestrakr?** I have no cons. During my entire use of the application, there wasn't one thing that I could find that I disliked. Salestrakr is amazing. **What problems is Salestrakr solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has given me total confidence and peace of mind. My favorite feature was the ability to create email campaigns and get them out to the company's clientele as well as send out information to other employees. ### 4.
