I wouldn’t say there’s anything I dislike, but if I had to identify an opportunity, it would be making insights more predictive. SalesScreen does an excellent job visualizing performance and recognition — expanding into proactive coaching recommendations or AI-driven insights could make it an even more strategic tool for leaders. It would be great if it could track premium written and a way to track policies by the bind date. Currently, policies are tracked by effective date and we normally bind policies 7 days in advance of the effective date to take advantage of the early shopper's discount. I do like how easy it is to read and understand SalesScreen. I also like how easy it is to pick out prizes. It's nice to easily click on a prize and apply to receive it. The initial setup was very easy for my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like how it's offered to put prizes into cash and deposit into your bank account or PayPal but not accessible. Also, how I have to get approval for what I do with my points and how you can't go back to see final scores on previous competition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Effective for Benchmark Tracking"
What do you like best about SalesScreen?

I like that SalesScreen keeps track of my numbers and my Benchmark goals, which help me stay on target. It's also good for getting leads from other states. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and just took a minute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesScreen?

The numbers for my benchmarks are usually close to my actual benchmark but are often incorrect. Last month my benchmark was 30 but SalesScreen said it was 29. That's it, it just isn't accurate sometimes that's all I can think of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only gripe I have is when choosing a custom time period to pull stats from, the calendar can be showing the previous month while actually populating the current months dates. "Motivational Tool with Setup Hurdles"
What do you like best about SalesScreen?

I appreciate the idea of being able to celebrate success and how SalesScreen allows my team to interact and share their achievements. This feature is motivating, as it encourages my team to strive for success, which in turn helps grow my agency while having fun. What do you dislike about SalesScreen?

I find it challenging to set up SalesScreen on a TV, which is necessary for my team to view and interact with the content effectively. Despite being straightforward to set up on a computer, transferring it to a TV for staff viewing is difficult. Additionally, I have not been able to fully utilize the software yet because it requires a special TV to display the URL, which is a limitation I was not prepared for. Furthermore, I am currently on a free trial and have no clarity on the pricing structure, which is crucial for making a purchase decision.
