
I like the ease of use, the functionality, and the interface of SalesScreen. I appreciate how it can engage agencies and their staff by tracking sales on a daily basis, which really helps move the dial in terms of awareness and execution. SalesScreen saves me time by automatically building out trackers, eliminating the need for me to learn scripting languages or manually notify agents of updates. This automation allows my sales force to focus on being competitive with each other and writing new business. I think we need more data points. Right now, it's still fairly early on in SalesScreen's relationship with Farmers. We can only track new business, and we can't necessarily separate out things like Kraft Lake versus Bristol West or Auto only or Home only. Potentially, the development of additional data feeds like premium and quotes would help us dial the number down even more and drive more new business. Also, it took some time to get set up, especially if you're not very tech savvy. The more engaged a user gets, especially at the district manager level, it helps understand the system better and how to leverage it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Your feedback on the need for more granular data (e.g., separating Kraft Lake from Bristol West and adding feeds such as premium and quotes) is extremely valuable. Our product team is actively working on expanding data options and segmentation, and input like yours helps guide our roadmap.
