What do you like best about SalesScreen?

I like the ease of use, the functionality, and the interface of SalesScreen. I appreciate how it can engage agencies and their staff by tracking sales on a daily basis, which really helps move the dial in terms of awareness and execution. SalesScreen saves me time by automatically building out trackers, eliminating the need for me to learn scripting languages or manually notify agents of updates. This automation allows my sales force to focus on being competitive with each other and writing new business. It's great to have everything done for you and packed into a nice, easy-to-digest package, enhancing the competitive nature of the contest/promotion Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesScreen?

I think we need more data points. Right now, it's still fairly early on in SalesScreen's relationship with Farmers. We can only track new business, and we can't necessarily separate out things like Kraft Lake versus Bristol West or Auto only or Home only. Potentially, the development of additional data feeds like premium and quotes would help us dial the number down even more and drive more new business. Also, it took some time to get set up, especially if you're not very tech savvy. The more engaged a user gets, especially at the district manager level, it helps understand the system better and how to leverage it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Your feedback on the need for more granular data (e.g., separating Kraft Lake from Bristol West and adding feeds such as premium and quotes) is extremely valuable. Our product team is actively working on expanding data options and segmentation, and input like yours helps guide our roadmap.

"Empowering Sales with Fun Competitions"
What do you like best about SalesScreen?

I like the ability to see my effort and the results they yield, which helps me keep track of my productivity and that of my peers. I also enjoy how SalesScreen allows the office to have competitions and shows my standings compared to my colleagues. The rewards tab is a feature I appreciate as it adds an element of fun and motivation. I find the metrics very helpful as they show what I'm doing and the results I'm getting in a simple way over different time periods, like a week, month, or year. What do you dislike about SalesScreen?

Controlling the types of notifications I receive. I was getting too many. I was getting notifications of getting my new achievements by other coworkers. What do you like best about SalesScreen?

I find SalesScreen easy to use, which is great. I also like the nice layout and format it offers. The initial setup was pretty easy, which made getting started smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesScreen?

It's hard to compare different size agencies. So my office with two licensed producers is compared to another agency that has six licensed producers. I wish there was a way to break down the number of policies per producers in an agency to compare how each agency is performing overall per individual, not necessarily as an overall group. I use SalesScreen to track KPIs and converse with other offices for lead generation, and I find that it helps me stay on track with my disclosures, keeps me competitive, motivates me, fills leads, and expands my network. I like the user interface because it's very user-friendly with data easily accessible. The time it saves is important since urgency is critical in this job, having a good UI allows users to quickly and easily achieve their goals. I like using SalesScreen for keeping track of volume and metrics, which helps me know how many sales I've done and the volume. I also enjoy being able to see what my peers are doing. I like that we can see the numbers that other people in the company are doing. It helps motivate me because I'm competitive. I like that my company sends me reward coins every time I achieve something. The coins and the way you can see your goals in SalesScreen are cool. "SalesScreen Adds Fun and Motivation to Our Sales Team"
What do you like best about SalesScreen?

SalesScreen brings a sense of fun and healthy competition to our workplace. Displaying achievements and sales on our office TVs whenever someone closes a deal or hits an important milestone really boosts morale and encourages a friendly, competitive atmosphere. The tools and resources available on the website make it easy to track your standing within your department or team. Sales roles are always fast-paced and demanding, but SalesScreen helps everyone stay informed about the latest standings and adds an enjoyable element to the workday. In our department, SalesScreen is a daily tool that is constantly implemented in our day to day tracking's. Thankfully, I have not had any tech issues on my end, but from what I have heard from others, the support side of things is fast and efficient! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesScreen?

Truly, I do not have too many negative things to say about the system or UI of SalesScreen. I think my biggest hurdle initally was trying to figure out the system and how everything works. The user interface on the sight to see the most up to date standings was a little hard to get the hang of at first but that may have been more of a lacking of training from my employer. A little over a year into using SalesScreen now and I am able to assist others in finding the best ways to navigate and be most efficient!

One last thing would be the scrolling features on our TV's at work. Not sure if this is something with our TV's or with the programming, but at times our TV's are not able top scroll through our current leaderboards fast enough before switching to the next slide. There have been times where myself or a coworker I am close with is on the leader board but we don't have a chance to see ourselves on the big TV (trying to be humble... but bragging rights are a real thing haha.)

I'm also happy to let you know that there is a way to increase the duration that a slide stays on screen. Go to Manage > Screens > Playlists and pull up the playlist, then click the settings wheel icon next to the slide you want to lengthen. One of the options will be 'Duration' which you can then adjust. Can't add an image here but please feel free to reach out to support@salesscreen.com if you have trouble finding it :-)
