We’ve been using SalesRabbit for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the most user-friendly and intuitive platforms we’ve worked with. Like any software, there are bugs and glitches that arise with new updates. I wish there was more communication whenever a new update comes out or certain functionality is being dropped from the Software.

Integrations and Customizations, while available, are not fully robust. They took the time to build out these APIs but they are not robust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how user friendly the software is. The setup and intigration process was in chunks with a their support team, they made it super easy! Everyone on the support staff has been quick to answer questions. We tried to change which platform we used and actually came back to Sales Rabbit.
