The pop-up/widget in the upper right corner loads on every website, even ones that make no sense, some sort of intelligent use of that feature would be nice, for instance if your customers are in one industry the pop-up would only show up on websites for customers in that industry. Understanding the validity of the intent data has been a little tough to navigate so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sales process was transparent, onboarding was smooth and speedy (and friendly, shoutout to Sha on the onboarding/customer success team!), and the data appears solid (and there is a "research" service to add to the records - all data erodes over time). The training session for my team of ten was well-organized and engaging.
The highlight, however, is how happy everyone is with the widget, that surfaces contacts in linkedin, hubspot (our CRM), and the companies' websites. 8 Sales team members and 2 RevOps (leveraging the webhooks and automations) and and all using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Haven't hit a road block yet (the challenge we were solving was a frequent duplicate issue from one provider) and the SalesIntel model of including the full perspective (including primary and additional company email), solved that issue.

SalesIntel gives me the data I need to make my outreach meaningful and full of purpose. I can rely on the accuracy of the info and the tools allow me to do my job with ease. Any time I have an issue, the support team is attentive and responds quickly taking care of my problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I don't like is how the SalesIntel widget works. When I close it out, it comes back when I don't want it and it's never there when I do need it. I am not sure if that is user error but it's the only complaint I have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
