What do you like best about SalesIntel?

Sales process was transparent, onboarding was smooth and speedy (and friendly, shoutout to Sha on the onboarding/customer success team!), and the data appears solid (and there is a "research" service to add to the records - all data erodes over time). The training session for my team of ten was well-organized and engaging.

The highlight, however, is how happy everyone is with the widget, that surfaces contacts in linkedin, hubspot (our CRM), and the companies' websites. 8 Sales team members and 2 RevOps (leveraging the webhooks and automations) and and all using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesIntel?

Haven't hit a road block yet (the challenge we were solving was a frequent duplicate issue from one provider) and the SalesIntel model of including the full perspective (including primary and additional company email), solved that issue.

What do you like best about SalesIntel?

The accuracy of emails, phone numbers and the extra information that is given on potential clients. it truly makes my job easier and more efficient. Love the ability to learn from videos or trainings provided by SalesIntel. Also their customer support is unmatched. I use SalesIntel on the daily because of its ease of use and the almost seemless implementation it provides to be successful in my career. Would definitely recommend this product to others. The platform provides highly accurate, human-verified contact data, ensuring we reach the right decision-makers without wasted efforts on outdated information. The direct phone numbers and verified emails have significantly increased our connection rates, making prospecting much more efficient. Additionally, the data enrichment features have helped us fill CRM gaps with firmographics, technographics, and intent data, giving us a more complete view of our target audience. The advanced search filters allow us to identify and qualify leads faster, saving valuable time for our team. One of the most valuable aspects is the intent data, which helps us engage with companies actively researching our solutions, increasing our chances of conversion. What do you like best about SalesIntel?

The database is smaller but more accurate than other tools we have used (like ZoomInfo). I would call it more curated. The research on demand feature is great, as is the chrome plug in. We have really liked the intent feature (both Bombora and their own version), as well as the website intel. You have a lot of power to identify prime prospecting targets. Their CS and Support teams have been incredibly responsive and helpful as well and it was very easy to setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesIntel?

The UI isn't the most intuitive. I also don't find it very easy to enrich a spreadsheet of contacts with information compared to other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SalesIntel?

We recently pondered a shift in tools we use, and the top aspect we loved about SalesIntel was the data quality. We weren't seeing the best contact information across a variety of contacts from our previous system, and now we've had way more relevant contact information for sales reps to use! What do you like best about SalesIntel?

SalesIntel is an affordable solution for small business who need reliable contact data for outreach and communication.

SalesIntel has excellent support services for Research on Demand and Client Success Managers who truly want their clients to be happy and usccessful using SalesIntel.

Clients are impressed with the quality of the data.

RevDrive is a unique tool that I use often with LinkedIn.

What do you dislike about SalesIntel?

SalesIntel is producing AI generated data which is often not accurate.

What do you like best about SalesIntel?

Their support team for our agency has been very helpful. The data from US sources is very good. Their research on demand feature is the thing I probably use the most and it usually generates good results back. I use SalesIntel daily and their chrome extension often. What do you dislike about SalesIntel?

Their integration with Hubspot seems to be working better now but that was not always the case. Uptime with the platform and chrome extension was an issue but that too has improved. With clay.com and other tools I will be interested to see how they start using AI more because they are lacking there in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesIntel?

- i get it, it's a database and isn't 100% perfect but this is more tailored towards U.S based prospecting. I tried a ton with Canada accounts and it's nearly impossible to get any info in comparison to other tools that can find it

- info is not accurate in terms of pulling the correct person. most of the times there's another company with the same business name in a different state and salesintel will mislead you and put that contact info in there

- when there is no info you can do submit a request for research but way too many clicks to even submit that waste of time none of the request research feature even found the contacts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

we were able to enrich a ton of stale, really old data in our salesforce & have been able to put this in the hands of our SDRs who have drummed up meetings consistently nearly from the moment we got them into it. our account management team uses it for validating clients info during the renewal cycle.

We've had a good experience with SalesIntel after previously using ZoomInfo, and we’re definitely happier with the results for the price. The platform is user-friendly, simple to navigate, and easy to integrate—we connected it with HubSpot seamlessly. The browser extension is also a great tool, making prospecting even more efficient. What do you like best about SalesIntel?

Contact data is more accurate than other databases that I've utilized. The Salesintel team has also been a great partner by taking action on feedback provided to make the system overall better for us. When asking for research on demand requests - the provided information back after the research is completed is not always what is needed causing that process to be longer and not as useful.
