We love using SalesIntel's functionality to assist us with finding the right fit contacts using the property triggers. The contacts fit our ICP as well, and we appreciate the contact and company info greatly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We would love to be able to see more direct numbers with the contacts and have more of that functionality, as we also utilze another tool to find more of these currently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used Zoominfo, Apollo.io and Lusha in my previous companies and I like the following about SalesIntel:
(1) It has no restriction for the number of contacts that can be exported.
(2) I like the "Technology Product" filter as it has all the Oracle ERP product names that I need. Just like Lusha and ZoomInfo
(3) The multiple filters available on the left side give lot of confidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
(1) I am finding that the "Job Title" filter sometimes does give the intended contacts. Lot of irrelevant job titles are coming up. Infact lot of Oracle ERP related contacts are missing. SalesIntel need to add more contacts with Job titles - Enterprise Applications, Enterprise Systems, Financial Applications, Financial Systems, Finance Systems, Business Systems, Business Applications, Information Systems, Corporate Applications etc. So I request you all to add more contacts with these job titles.
(2) Sometimes the "Technology Product" filter does not match the information retrieved. Example: When I use Oracle ERP as the "Technology Product" it ends up showing contacts from companies that are using NetSuite ERP as well. Which is again an Oracle ERP product but I would highly appreciate it if your algorithm is a bit more accurate.
(3) Unlike ZoomInfo and Lusha, I am finding that SalesIntel does not offer Mobile phone numbers of lot of contacts. Even many contacts do not have direct phone numbers. This is very important people like me who make lot of cold calls.
(4) Also, it would be really great if SalesIntel could enable the option of "Click to Dial" for the phone numbers like ZoomInfo. I mean, if a company like ours which does not use Salesforce CRM a lot has to export contacts on an excel sheet and to make cold calls I have to copy the phone number and paste in my VOIP calling desktop app to dial the phone number. But if SalesIntel can support any plug in's that allow to just click once the phone numbers in SalesIntel and that will automatically route the calls to my VOIP calling app. ZoomInfo and Lusha offer this solution which makes my calling process a lot easier for cold callers like me instead of copying 100 phone numbers one by one from excel sheets and pasting it on VOIP calling app to make calls. Hope this makes sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The accuracy of emails, phone numbers and the extra information that is given on potential clients. it truly makes my job easier and more efficient. Love the ability to learn from videos or trainings provided by SalesIntel. Also their customer support is unmatched. I use SalesIntel on the daily because of its ease of use and the almost seemless implementation it provides to be successful in my career. Would definitely recommend this product to others. The only downside is not really on SalesIntel, but on my companies use of other software that does not currently allow more integration of the two entities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The database is smaller but more accurate than other tools we have used (like ZoomInfo). I would call it more curated. The research on demand feature is great, as is the chrome plug in. We have really liked the intent feature (both Bombora and their own version), as well as the website intel. You have a lot of power to identify prime prospecting targets. Their CS and Support teams have been incredibly responsive and helpful as well and it was very easy to setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI isn't the most intuitive. I also don't find it very easy to enrich a spreadsheet of contacts with information compared to other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We recently pondered a shift in tools we use, and the top aspect we loved about SalesIntel was the data quality. We weren't seeing the best contact information across a variety of contacts from our previous system, and now we've had way more relevant contact information for sales reps to use! Nothing yet - we've been pleased all the way around so far! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful is the on page extension. It makes your job easier to see who's there and who you want to target. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is that all of these types of products, they're only as good as the information they can scrape. If companies aren't updating their employee's comings and goings, it suffers. Like I said, this isn't specific to SalesIntel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SalesIntel is an affordable solution for small business who need reliable contact data for outreach and communication.
SalesIntel has excellent support services for Research on Demand and Client Success Managers who truly want their clients to be happy and usccessful using SalesIntel.
Clients are impressed with the quality of the data.
RevDrive is a unique tool that I use often with LinkedIn.
The Intent Data is one of my favorite SalesIntel functions to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SalesIntel is producing AI generated data which is often not accurate.
Data on LinkedIn using Rev Driver is sometimes outdated. But it is easy to report errors to SalesIntel and obtain the correct information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their support team for our agency has been very helpful. The data from US sources is very good. Their research on demand feature is the thing I probably use the most and it usually generates good results back. I use SalesIntel daily and their chrome extension often. Their integration with Hubspot seems to be working better now but that was not always the case. Uptime with the platform and chrome extension was an issue but that too has improved. With clay.com and other tools I will be interested to see how they start using AI more because they are lacking there in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- api integrations
- easy to use/simple
- finds linkedin profile automatically Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- i get it, it's a database and isn't 100% perfect but this is more tailored towards U.S based prospecting. I tried a ton with Canada accounts and it's nearly impossible to get any info in comparison to other tools that can find it
- info is not accurate in terms of pulling the correct person. most of the times there's another company with the same business name in a different state and salesintel will mislead you and put that contact info in there
- when there is no info you can do submit a request for research but way too many clicks to even submit that waste of time none of the request research feature even found the contacts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using SalesIntel for two years, and it has been a great experience. The platform provides almost accurate and up-to-date contact data, making it easier to reach the right prospects. The ease of use and the intuitive interface allow for seamless navigation. I also appreciate the excellent customer support—they are very responsive and always willing to help. sometimes the database might not have all the contacts I’m looking for, requiring additional verification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I feel it is very easy to use and whenever you need help you are just an email away. And the response time is very fast. Usually will follow up with a zoom call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was an option in the program to only pull of contacts I have already used. The eyeball symbol helps but I would prefer to just see what are my new contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
