What do you like best about Saleshandy?

What do you like best about Saleshandy?

What do you like best about Saleshandy?

1. The Email Sequence feature is something i really like about SalesHandy. It allows me to add as many steps (1, 2, 3...n) as needed in an email sequence. I love the day scheduling feature, which shows me exactly when my email will land in the prospect’s mailbox.

2. It provides stats on how many prospects have been contacted, opened email & clicked on links. This helps me gauge the success rate of my email campaigns. Additionally, I can categorize/Segregate them based on unsubscribed, paused, bounced, and several other filters.

3. I’ve been using SalesHandy for the past 8 months, and I love that I can pause and resume my campaigns at any time, Also campaign resumes from where it was paused, without any hiccups.

4.Customer support from AI is helpful but the in person support is even better. Most of the support team members are Indian, and whenever I have a query, they create a personalized video and share it via chat, which I truly appreciate.

5. The UI is user friendly, and when I first started, I initially received a demo from their sales guy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Saleshandy?

1. They don’t have a built in HTML email template builder, which is quite disappointing. While i can add HTML code from other tools but it deletes few parts of the code.

2. The merge tags occasionally make mistakes.

3. Email setup is quite difficult for someone like me who isn’t very technical. Setting up SPF and DMARC records is especially challenging.

4. With my current package, the prospect limit is frustratingly low.

5. If I remove prospects, the campaign stats are also deleted, which is unfortunate. They should at least retain the numbers for back tracking previous campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The funnels I'm a big fan of. We also emailed last summer which made for a lot of out of the office emails, but I really like that Saleshandy automatically picks this up on its own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Things sometimes go wrong between the link of mail and saleshandy. As a result, certain emails do not show up in Saleshandy, which means that these email addresses do continue in the funnel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that email validation credits come with any pricing plan. The interface is easy to navigate, making it simple for users to utilize all of the platform's features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
