What do you like best about Saleshandy?

We have been using sales handy for 2 years. I like the customer support very much. Their turnaround time is way less than the competition. Implementation is fairly easy. They have a good verification system for emails which is fairly cheap. Price is on par with the competition but SH has a nice balance for price to features & support.
