Sometimes it seems like there are too many steps to get things done. For example, for me to edit a contact name, I need to click on the contact, and then click to the right section, and then click on the edit button. While there are still few features missing in their V3 form V2 it's user experience and functionality are really well made and thoughtful. Most other cold email outreach tools seem to make things too complex so it's easy to get lost.
As I do a variety of different campaigns each week to test audiences and copy it's important that I can set these up fast and even add A/B testing to campaigns.
