We started testing Mailforge a couple of weeks ago and so far results have been great. We didn't have any issues with deliverability, and for some campaigns, deliverability increased with Mailforge. We're now in the process of switching the majority of the volume to Mailforge.
Apart from great deliverability and ease of setup (it literally takes 5 minutes to set up 100s of domains and emails with all the technical requirements), what we like the most is the support we're getting from Frank, Daniel, and the others. Compared to Smartlead and Instantly the support here is premium, and you quickly notice the difference in the quality of the products they create. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was easy to set up (thought it was a trap) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Terrible! We shifted the outbound of our team. Purchased 45 mailbox slots with 14 domains. The first weeks there were no problems.
The problems gradually started. Sometime mailboxes would get randomly blocked - even though we only sent 5 mails/ day. The team told us to simply delete the mailbox & add a new one. Which we did.
Problem became worse. More inboxes got blocked. We told the team. They told us to delete old inboxes & create new ones.
This went on for a few weeks. Until today. All our 45 mailbox got blocked in 1 day. Disaster for the business. Our volume fell by 95%. It will take weeks to warm up other inboxes.

We have been using Mailforge for awhile and have moved all our domains and mailboxes here for outbound marketing. We are very happy with the deliverability. It's easy to use, set up, keep organized, and easy to integrate with our mail provider. Their support is off the hook amazing! They are right there with answers and there has been nothing they couldn't solve or help me with. They respond in minutes - you don't wait days for support. I can't sing their praises enough. Mailforge is a more affordable solution than Outlook or Gmail accounts. Other private providers like Mailscale have extremely terrible deliverability rates. I tested this out and it was 100% proven. My Mailscale accounts after 1 month of warm up and no sending got me a whopping 1.9/10 on a mailbox placement test. With Mailforge, I was at a 10/10 placement. It's also extremely easy to purchase domains and accounts, you can do this within minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only *slight* complaints is that you can only purchase .com domains, I'd like to see other variants introduced in the future. The other is that the auto-generated names do sound a bit too fake sometimes, but these are extremely easy to change at any time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The simplicity and the automation in the buying process of domains, DNS setting, inbox creation, forwarding, etc. Everything in one place. And when i had any doubts, the team trough the chat or slack solve it really quickly!
