I love that it is easy to configure, highly customizable, and flexible. Salesforce is one of the most customizable CRM that I've used since starting my career in sales. From adding or deleting custom fields and objects to integrating third-party add-ons. With the Salesforce AppExchange, I love the ability to tailor the CRM to my business needs. I can choose from a wide range of extensions and apps that can unify our systems or automate some key processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only concern with SalesForce is that I don't see it as useful for a startup company with less than 80 employees. This is an industrial-based platform made to handle big businesses itself. Other than that it's the best CRM I've ever used Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
