It is the best tool that managing doctor-patient relationship; we can manage all the functionality related to patient and doctor within the single cloud and it is used by world no 1 CRM salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find nothing to dislike in this Salesforce Cloud as it is the best feature given by Salesforce's World no 1 CRM. Compared to the sales cloud, it has less functionality but is good overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesforce Health Cloud?

The thing that I like about Salesforce is that it was all in one. You can view every account of the facility and check the last activity that has been done like sending emails and the person who called that facility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Health Cloud?

The thing that I don't like about Salesforce is that sometimes the calls will not be recorded and you have to manually log the call and it will take so much time for you to log it if the call was not recorded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesforce Health Cloud?

This includes the majority of the industry-standard templates required for the whole Health industry, such as EHR, Accounts, and Medications. Household view, in which all members are linked together based on the member plan, with primary and secondary roles. Simple methods for connecting clinicians, suppliers, and their networks with member plans. Because it is designed on top of the service cloud, it has excellent interoperability with CTI platforms. What do you dislike about Salesforce Health Cloud?

It can feel like there is almost too much information to manage at times, but this is due to their being more capability accessible than what we are using. Runs slowly sometimes, but not frequently. Shield platform encryption delays bulk data load performance; managed and unmanaged packages must be deployed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their entire product line is strong. To get the most out of your money, make sure you use what you paid for. Personally, I think their customer service is excellent. Personal instruction was provided on various modules that we were using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Care coordination has improved across departments. It is simple to observe and understand where a patient has been seen or where he or she may benefit from more care.
