What do you dislike about Salesforce B2B Commerce?

It's very minimal. To point out, I'd say, some features feel buries in the menus, so it takes extra efforts to find and use it when needed. also hard when training new employees. The reporting tool is not very intuitive, we often have to export data to Excel or Gsheet while sharing the report. sometimes page loadings takes a longer time which leave us frustate. other than these its all good. "Powerful B2B Commerce Platform with Robust Features and Some Complexity"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce B2B Commerce?

What I appreciate most about Salesforce Commerce for B2B is its ability to streamline complex business purchasing processes while still delivering a smooth, consumer-like experience. The platform offers robust tools for handling extensive catalogs, custom pricing, and account-based purchasing, all on a highly scalable foundation. I also value how seamlessly it integrates with CRM, Service, and Marketing Cloud, which helps create a comprehensive view of customers and their interactions. The self-service features enable buyers to manage their orders, quotes, and reorders at any time, boosting efficiency for both buyers and sellers. Additionally, its high level of customization allows businesses to adapt experiences for various segments or partners. In summary, it transforms traditional B2B commerce into a more agile, data-driven, and customer-centric environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce B2B Commerce?

While Salesforce Commerce for B2B offers robust capabilities, there remain areas where it could be enhanced. The platform’s flexibility often introduces a level of complexity, particularly when it comes to customizing advanced workflows or managing integrations. For newcomers, the initial setup and data modeling can be daunting without a strong technical background. Optimizing performance for extremely large catalogs or handling high-traffic scenarios may also demand additional configuration. Furthermore, some features still seem more oriented toward B2C needs, so B2B-specific functions like contract pricing or bulk order management could be made more user-friendly. Licensing costs might also pose a challenge for smaller businesses. Nevertheless, Salesforce is consistently improving the platform, and with each update, it becomes easier to create modern and efficient B2B commerce solutions.
