The online option allowed us to easily involve people in all countries very cost-effectively. . The training was very practical and hands-on, and we were able to implement what we learned in our sales management process, particularly in the area of performance management. We hired SRG to help our Sales Team, who all had clinical backgrounds but no training in sales. Clinically, they were top-notch, but didn't really know how to handle objections or close a deal.
SRG spent a substantial amount of time learning about our business, our lingo, and our process. By the time the training was conducted, our trainer sounded like one of us. SRG also adapted their training to our clinical model, so moving forward, we could continue use OUR sales model that is essential to our business/core values.
