What do you like best about Sales Readiness Group?

What do you dislike about Sales Readiness Group?

Not really anything to dislike - sometimes we had some problems when setting up meetings as we are from all different time zones but that was solved with early mornings for the US based team, late nights for the Australian team etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sales Readiness Group?

The online option allowed us to easily involve people in all countries very cost-effectively. . The training was very practical and hands-on, and we were able to implement what we learned in our sales management process, particularly in the area of performance management. I had a very positive experience with the Sales Readiness Group's training program, and can't recall anything that I disliked. However, by incorporating the training into our daily management, we have developed a shared approach that considers cultural differences, enabling us to build high-performing sales teams across all countries. This has resulted in improved performance and success for our sales teams.

We hired SRG to help our Sales Team, who all had clinical backgrounds but no training in sales. Clinically, they were top-notch, but didn't really know how to handle objections or close a deal.

SRG spent a substantial amount of time learning about our business, our lingo, and our process. By the time the training was conducted, our trainer sounded like one of us. SRG also adapted their training to our clinical model, so moving forward, we could continue use OUR sales model that is essential to our business/core values. Customized training for our outside sales team with focus on prospecting and virtual selling to targeted accounts. SRG took the time to learn about what was unique about our selling process, market and customers to inluded this in the training.
