Very easy to navigate, everything you need is in this program. Our company uses it on the daily for printing pay cheques or expenses cheque and much more. It's very simple to pull up information you need, all can be found in the drop down menu on the top search bar. It is quite difficult to communicate with their support. I've tried both their chat support and phone support (which is also hard to find unless you are logged-in to the Sage system). They give very default answers online and if you want anymore in-depth answers, they often just request you to call in.
