The reporting is horrendous. The program's reports are very limited and difficult / impossible to change. The reports are only designed to be printed or converted to PDFs. they are NOT designed to be converted to excel, so if you need any reports in excel you have to do significant manipulation EVERY time you export to excel. It seems like it was programmed in the 90s and haven't had any updates since. For example, if I have to enter a schedule SOV, I need to enter them one by one; I can't bulk-add them.
