Company financials, ownership, corporate tree, and transaction data are essential to this process. I like the ability to link to SEC filings, annual reports, and other data from the search. I would like to have a set format for the tear sheet and the company profiles again. I am not used to the new platform and having to create my own customized reports! Also I use Capital IQ for stock history and closing prices a lot. And I wish that the closing price data for warrants was available on Capital IQ but I have not found it there. I used Capital IQ when I was working in the Private Equity sector, mainly to screen for potential investors to our fund. It wqs really helpful since they have a huge database and offer a lot of beneficial information about the company in question.
