What do you like best about S-Docs?

Combine data from different objects to create easily viewable and editable documents. For example, Terms and Conditions, copies of Funding Applications etc.

What do you like best about S-Docs?

The ability to tailor to our particular sales team. We needed a WORD based quoting tool, not pdf, as my sales team likes to custom tailor each quote to their client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about S-Docs?

There is a learning curve to writing the source code for the templates. I haven't used the new versions updated WYSIWYG interface yet, and look forward to the updates made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you have any html or Salesforce set up experience, this will be very easy for you. The interface is fairly intuitive and the tool is quick to set up. It's a great option for small businesses looking for a clean, professional quote or contract template. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have non-standard quotes that are often made from older ones. This means our quotes can sometimes be unclear to clients, look very different and often contain errors. This will reduce errors significantly and make it clear what the client is getting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about S-Docs?

I tried a bunch of document generators before I settled on sdocs. I love that it lives entirely inside SF and doesn't take us to an external website to do part of the work. It is highly customizable and works well for Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about S-Docs?

I found it a little difficult to install and configure for Salesforce, but honestly I think this is mostly because of how complex and difficult to administer Salesforce is. We use SDocs to generate certificates for our volunteers and receipts for our donors, in order to thank them for their contribution.

S-Docs has been extremely beneficial to our organisation, as it has significantly reduced the amount of time needed to generate documents and send them. What do you like best about S-Docs?

S-Docs allows us to easily generate tax-receipts for donors with no fuss. It's very easy to set up our PDF for export, create new templates and integrate merged content. We use it alllllll the time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is S-Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been able to easily setup templates that meet government requirements, look nice and are lightweight to send to our donor base. We can easily send them directly to donors from within Salesforce, and save a copy for our records.
