What do you like best about S-Docs?

The flexibility and adaptability of the product. We use this product for a plethora of circumstances and it meets every single one of our needs. It helps us improve efficiency as well as accuracy in communication with the ability to pull information from objects into templates. We use it for simple one time communications, to mass mail-merges, and it suffices for every single need.

We are sending all communication to donors through S-Docs, as well as mass merging year-end tax receipts. We have seen a decrease in errors and huge increase in efficiency. What do you like best about S-Docs?

S-Docs has great customer service. Unlike most tech companies, you can actually get these people on the phone, reach them by email or even connect with them for support on specific tasks and applications. Their technical and sales staff have been great from day one - be sure to ask for Steve's help on all things needed to create great templates and processes and tap Renee to help with any account matters. What do you dislike about S-Docs?

I wish some of the related objects could be pulled in without the use of a table. Some of the email / workflow items could use a bit more explanation or be more user friendly. But I'm a novice and I figured it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is S-Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've used S-Docs to automate a lot of processes that use email and/or include the same attachment over and over again. This has saved us a ton of time on otherwise repetitive tasks. It's also helped to improve accuracy in communications leaving our organization. To that end, we've saved a lot that we used to spend on hourly resources. "Powerful document generation solution"

What do you like best about S-Docs?

We love using S-Docs. It offers flexibility and power to create not only PDF but also Word documents and whatever else format you might need for the organization. There are step-by-steps instructions for installation and configuration of the solution. It takes about an hour to set it up and get ready to generate documents. It is also very simple to set up automatic document generation. We have donation receipts that are generated and sent to donor without any clicks. In other cases, when we need more control, we have a manual process. So flexibility is certainly there to fit the use case. It is very convenient to setup an email template that will go out with your document. For example, we can select to send the same document but depending on the category of the sender can select different email templates. S-Docs saves us time and energy on the manual tasks, so we can focus on what's important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about S-Docs?

SDocs has a lot of customization so the potential of what you can do with it seems limitless. Words cannot express how much I love the custom buttons. Literally with a click of a button a merged and basically completed document is emailed for review and to be mailed. It's improved efficiency. Also the support staff has been incredible with helping even on complicated questions where most companies would tell you to hire a developer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It takes some time to set up but that's with most systems. Once you have a few of your main templates going then it's just a copy and edit job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is S-Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?

Well I mentioned the buttons earlier those have been fantastic. I've also created a PDF document that merges a breakdown accounting with settlements and bills and links to the documents referenced, where previously we'd have to do it all manually. Very helpful! What do you like best about S-Docs?

I was desperately looking for a document generation app that was simple and good. Speed is the absolute key for me. Socs is blazing fast and the installation is simple and easy. Renee and her staff care about your success and will go above and beyond to help you. Sdocs staff genuinely cares about your success! They provide a service that is missing in Salesforce in an efficient, speedy, simple manner while making your work in Salesforce a lot easier. I highly recommend them. If you are a small or large company, Sdocs can make a huge difference in your day to day operations in Salesforce.
